1. Cancellation & Late Check-in Guarantee

• Free cancellation till check-in time (12:00 PM) on the day of arrival.
• Late arrival after 2:00 PM requires one day room rent as advance to guarantee the booking.
• If no advance is received and the guest has not arrived by 2:00 PM, the hotel may release the room without prior notice.
• No-show bookings with advance payment are non-refundable.
• Post-paid bookings may be cancelled if advance payment is not received before 2:00 PM.

2. Children & Minor Stay Policy

• Minors below 18 years are not permitted to stay alone.
• All minors must be accompanied by at least one adult (18+).
• The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the minor during the stay.
• Valid ID of the adult is mandatory.
• Age proof of the minor may be requested if required.

3. Couple Stay Policy

• Couples are welcome.
• Both guests must arrive together for check-in.
• Both guests must sign the Guest Registration Card (GRC).
• Both guests will be photographed together during check-in for security records.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for both guests.
• Reasonable luggage is required as per security norms.
• The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if policies are not complied with.

4. Single Guest (Single Occupancy) House Rule

• Single occupancy permits only one registered guest in the room.
• No unregistered person may stay overnight.
• Valid photo ID and GRC signing are mandatory.
• Visitors must comply with the hotel visitor policy.
• Reasonable luggage is required as per security norms.

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

• Railview Hotels follows all applicable local laws and Commissionerate Police guidelines.
• The hotel may decline or cancel bookings if policies are not followed.
• Unregistered guests, suspicious activity, or policy violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
