1) Cancellation & Late Check-in Guarantee
Free cancellation till check-in time (12:00 PM) on the day of arrival. Late arrival after 2:00 PM: One day room rent must be paid as advance to guarantee the booking. No advance & no arrival by 2:00 PM: The hotel may release the room without prior notice. No-show (advance paid): Advance amount is non-refundable. Post-paid bookings: If advance is not received before 2:00 PM (for late arrivals), the booking may be cancelled at the hotel’s discretion.

2) Children & Minor Stay Policy
Minors (below 18 years) are not allowed to stay alone. All minors must be accompanied by at least one adult (18+ years). The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the minor during the stay. Valid ID of the adult is mandatory. Age proof of the minor may be asked if required.

3) Couple Stay Policy
Couples are welcome. Your safety and security are our priority, and all stays are subject to applicable Commissionerate Police and local guidelines. Joint check-in mandatory: Both guests must arrive together. Partial/staggered check-ins are not permitted. Both guests must sign the GRC (Guest Registration Card). Both guests will be photographed together at check-in for security records. Reasonable luggage is required as per security norms. Valid government-issued photo ID required for both guests. The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if the above are not complied with.

4) Single Guest (Single Occupancy) House Rule
Single occupancy allows only one registered guest to stay in the room. No unregistered person is allowed to stay overnight in a single occupancy room. Valid government-issued photo ID and GRC signing are mandatory. Visitors, if permitted, must follow the hotel’s visitor policy and cannot stay overnight. Reasonable luggage is required as per security norms.

5) ID Proof & Registration (Applicable to All Guests)
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. All guests must complete and sign the Guest Registration Card (GRC). The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid ID is not provided.

6) Safety, Security & Right of Admission
Railview Hotels follows all applicable local laws and Commissionerate Police guidelines. The hotel may decline or cancel a booking if policies are not followed. Unregistered guests, suspicious activity, or policy violations may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
